How to Open Outlook Express Email

Outlook Express is an email client that came free on many Microsoft-based computers. The application allows you to filter your Web-based email account through it. This allows you to easily organize and maintain the account without having to open a browser and logging in each time you want to read your email.

Step 1

Launch your Outlook Express application.

Step 2

Hit the "Send/Recv" button at the top of the interface. New email may populate the main window.

Step 3

Double click on the message in the preview list in the main window that you want to read. It will expand to a full window.
